xStocks is partnering with Fundrise to tokenize the Fundrise Innovation Fund (NYSE: VCX), creating a single onchain asset called VCXx that provides eligible investors pooled exposure to late‑stage private technology companies.
The token maps to a diversified portfolio that includes SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic and Databricks, and the VCX fund "debuted publicly last week and has already seen strong early demand," xStocks said in an announcement, extending tokenized equities beyond public markets into private‑company exposure.
xStocks said it has processed more than $25 billion in combined transaction volume and serves over 100,000 unique holders while supporting more than 100 tokenized stocks and ETFs across a multi‑chain, interoperable architecture. "VCX is more than a public listing. By tokenizing this public venture fund, we are opening access for eligible investors around the world to gain exposure not only to a public vehicle, but to a portfolio with private exposure to some of the top companies in the world," said Arjun Sethi, Co‑CEO of Payward.

Fundrise described VCX as a bridge between public and private markets. xStocks said VCXx will integrate across its ecosystem to enable collateralization, lending and automated onchain strategies; the announcement clarified that xStocks are issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited and offered to eligible Kraken customers via Payward Digital Solutions Ltd., and are not registered with local securities regulators nor available in the U.S. or to U.S. persons.
The tokenized VCX fund is expected to list on xStocks as VCXx in the coming days, the announcement said.
