Xbox app to launch on selected Hisense smart TVs in 2026

Microsoft’s Xbox division will bring its cloud gaming app to selected Hisense smart televisions next year, allowing subscribers to stream games directly without a console.

Xbox said it will roll out the Xbox app to selected Hisense and V homeOS-powered smart TVs in 2026, enabling players to stream games directly to supported models via Xbox Cloud Gaming.

The company said Xbox Game Pass subscribers, including those on Ultimate, Premium and Essential tiers, will be able to stream hundreds of titles through the Xbox app on compatible televisions.

Playable games will include titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Hollow Knight: Silksong and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, according to the announcement.

Xbox said eligible subscribers will have access to unlimited cloud gaming and will also be able to play selected games they already own through the service.

The company added that further details on the Xbox Cloud Gaming experience for Hisense smart TVs will be shared in the coming months, with updates to be published via Xbox Wire and official Xbox social channels.
