Wondershare adds AI Mate video assistant to Filmora
An intelligent editing assistant called AI Mate into Filmora V15, boosting functionality with four operational modes.
Wondershare has added AI Mate, an intelligent editing assistant, to its Filmora video editor.
The media software firm, in an announcement, highlighted that AI Mate is built directly into Filmora V15 and supports four operational modes designed to streamline editing workflows and boost creative productivity.
Filmora V15 embeds leading AI multimedia models including Nano Banana Pro, Sora 2, and Veo 3.1.
The platform's own tech, AI Mate, generates assets such as scripts, concept ideas, and short videos to accelerate ideation.
It also provides real-time explanations of editing features and practical workflow instructions. And, can break down multi-step editing operations and executes them automatically in a single click.
Another feature interprets user intent and selects the most suitable mode to complete the task.
“AI Mate arrives at a moment when creators everywhere are navigating rapid changes in how content is produced,” said Christy Wu, Wondershare vice president.
