VIP Play completes technology transformation
VIP Play says it upgraded payment systems, digital infrastructure and customer engagement tools.
VIP Play, described as an AI-first sports entertainment and fan engagement firm, announced it has completed a comprehensive technology upgrade covering payment processing, digital infrastructure and customer engagement capabilities.
A multi‑phase deployment was carried out over recent months and represents a key operational milestone for the company, the company said.
The company said it deployed influencer and AI-driven marketing programmes that it says generate 142,000–481,000 views per campaign and is planning a “Beat AI” campaign in Q1 2026.
“These advancements mark a transformative shift in how VIP Play delivers value to customers and accelerates our long-term growth trajectory,” said Les Ottolenghi, VIP Play CEO.
