Uptiq raises $25m to expand AI platform for financial institutions
The fintech startup says its software is used by more than 140 banks and wealth managers
Uptiq, a fintech company building artificial intelligence tools for financial services, has raised $25 million in a Series B funding round as it seeks to broaden access to its platform.
The round was led by Curql, a venture fund backed by credit unions, with participation from Silverton Partners, 645 Ventures, Broadridge, Green Visor Capital, Live Oak Ventures, First Capital, Epic Ventures, Tau Ventures and Evolution VC.
Uptiq's products run on Qore, which the company describes as an AI orchestration platform combining document processing, pre-built financial workflows, multi-agent systems and secure integrations with existing bank infrastructure.
The company said its technology is already in use at more than 140 financial institutions, including Focus Financial Partners, Broadridge, the financial infrastructure group, and Nano Banc, and has processed more than $1 billion in transactions across lending and wealth management.
Uptiq cited customer results including 41% faster underwriting decisions, 29% lower operational costs and a doubling of loan application volume without additional staff.
"At a time when AI hype is everywhere, financial institutions need systems that actually work in production," said Snehal Fulzele, founder and chief executive of Uptiq.

The new capital will fund an expansion of Qore into a self-serve platform aimed at developers, fintech startups and internal bank technology teams, allowing them to build and deploy financial AI tools in days rather than months.
The raise comes as financial institutions increasingly look to integrate AI into core operations such as credit underwriting and client servicing, though many have struggled to move beyond pilot programmes to production-ready systems.
