TomTom to give live and historic data insights to infrastructure planner AECOM
A new partnership sees TomTom provide data to AECOM for global infrastructure planning and traffic management.
TomTom and AECOM announced a global partnership to integrate TomTom traffic data into infrastructure planning and road traffic management.
The sat-nav company, in an announcement, said that global infrastucture consultant and engineer, AECOM, will be able to integrate TomTom’s Traffic Stats, Origin Destination Analysis, Historic Traffic Volumes, Route Monitoring, Live Traffic, and Junction Analytics products into its research and projects.
Through the integration, TomTom's intelligence division provides data to enable more accurate, data‑driven insights to help AECOM improve mobility, enhance safety, and optimize infrastructure investments.
“We are excited to partner with TomTom to better support our customers in understanding the transportation and mobility shifts happening globally,” AECOM SVP Dwight Pullen said.
