Tim Hortons names Canada’s favourite menu choices of 2025
Apple Fritter tops donut rankings, Double Double remains the go-to coffee and new product launches drive regional favourites across the country
Tim Hortons has revealed Canadians’ favourite menu items of 2025, highlighting the most popular doughnuts, Timbits flavours and beverage orders over the past year.
The company said the Apple Fritter was the top doughnut nationwide, while Chocolate Glazed emerged as Canada’s favourite Timbits flavour. The most common coffee order remained the Double Double®, and the Iced Capp led cold beverage sales.
Tim Hortons said 2025 also saw several new product launches, including scrambled eggs made with freshly cracked eggs in February, the Supreme Stack lunch and dinner sandwich in June, and hot and iced protein beverages alongside Chai Lattes in August.
Ordering patterns varied by region. The Loaded Breakfast Box with scrambled eggs was ordered most frequently in Richmond, British Columbia. Sherwood Park, Alberta recorded the highest number of Supreme Stack orders. Surrey, British Columbia led protein beverage purchases, while Markham, Ontario topped Chai Latte orders.
The company said Prince Edward Island posted the largest year on year percentage increase in Tims Rewards members. It added that the most popular Tims Delivery order consisted of four coffees, while the Black Cat ceramic mug was the top selling merchandise item on TimShop.ca.
