TikTok Shop partners with ReBound for customer returns
TikTok Shop and ReBound said they will integrate ReBound’s returns management into the Seller Center.
TikTok Shop and ReBound, a digital returns management logistics specialist, have agreed a partnership to simplify returns for customers and brands using the social media app's commerce system.
The integration lets TikTok Shop sellers access ReBound’s omnichannel returns tools, including a carrier library, processing capabilities and international warehouses, ReBound said in a statement.
End customers can initiate returns within TikTok Shop and be offered return options chosen by the brand, with ReBound managing the end-to-end process for consumers.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Rebound to give our sellers a smarter and more efficient way to manage returns while delivering an even better experience for their buyers,” Lucy Li, Global Product Partnerships, TikTok Shop, said.
