Sifted, a US logistics intelligence company, has launched SiftedAI Copilot, an artificial intelligence platform designed to help parcel shippers manage carrier strategy, control costs, and monitor performance.
The tool uses agentic AI, software capable of taking autonomous actions rather than simply responding to queries, to identify cost leakage, automate invoice analysis and GL coding, and track carrier compliance.
Sifted describes the product as an "always-on logistics analyst," accessible through natural language interaction rather than traditional dashboards or manual reporting.
Shawn McCarrick, chief executive of Sifted, said the tool represents "a major leap forward in how logistics teams work."
The company said client data remains fully contained within the SiftedAI environment and is never used to train external AI models, a safeguard intended to address enterprise data security concerns.
Sifted is rolling out the product in three phases.
Copilot Assist, a natural language interface for querying logistics data, is available now.
Auto Copilot, which will provide autonomous monitoring of shipment and spend data, is due to follow.
A third phase, Copilot Simulation, will allow users to model strategic scenarios and test decisions before committing to them.
