SHEIN, the global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, has opened a new e-commerce logistics hub in Wrocław, strengthening its distribution footprint in Europe and positioning Poland as the centre of its regional operations.

The company said the facility will serve as its primary European logistics hub, supporting faster and more reliable deliveries to more than 100 million customers across the continent. The opening brings the total number of jobs SHEIN supports in the Lower Silesia region to at least 5,000, following its first European logistics operations launched in Poland in 2022, which created more than 3,000 roles.

“We are proud to officially open our new facility here in Poland, where Wrocław in particular has been a strategic base for our European logistics since 2022,” said Leonard Lin, president of EMEA at SHEIN.

The Wrocław hub is equipped with robotic picking systems and automated sorting lines, and SHEIN described it as one of the most technologically advanced e-commerce warehouses in Europe. At full capacity, the site will span up to 740,000 square metres of warehouse space across the Wrocław region, significantly expanding the company’s ability to handle growing order volumes.

SHEIN said the investment is also supporting the wider local economy. The company works with more than 170 small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland across transport, packaging and professional services, integrating local suppliers into its European logistics network.

The facility is already operational and is expected to reach full capacity by the end of 2025. Regional officials said the hub underlines Lower Silesia’s growing role in modern logistics and automation-driven supply chains.

“Thanks to the development of the SHEIN hub in our region, thousands of new jobs will be created, making Lower Silesia a leader in modern logistics,” said Michał Rado, deputy marshal of Lower Silesia.

For SHEIN, the new hub reflects a broader strategy to shorten delivery times, improve service reliability and localise operations as it scales its European business from its base in Wrocław.

The Recap

  • SHEIN opened a new European logistics hub in Wrocław.
  • Facility will serve more than 100 million customers across Europe.
