Salesforce announced that Agentforce, the CRM software firm's AI customer support platform, has now handled more than one million customer queries.
Launched in October 2024, Agentforce provides AI-driven customer support directly on its Help site.
Agentforce answers customer questions in natural language around the clock, and, Salesforce says its human support staff are 'freed up' to focus on complex customer issues.
“Agentforce lets us scale high-quality, meaningful service without compromising trust or the customer experience — regardless of volume or time of day,” said Jim Roth, president of Salesforce Customer Success, in a company blog post.
The AI agent analyzes both structured data, such as account history, and unstructured content, like knowledge articles, to generate precise, contextual answers.
Salesforce said it plans further innovations—including expanded voice capabilities, proactive personalization and additional language support to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
