Nvidia and Foxconn in talks to use humanoid factory robots

Nvidia and Foxconn are reportedly looking at a plan to use humanoid robots in a proposed AI server factory in Houston.
Talks are said to be underway between the hardware firms, and, if the project proceeds, it would be a breakthrough in the sector, as the first large-scale deployment of its kind.
A report, by Reuters, claims the factory would produce Nvidia’s next-generation GB300 AI servers, used in advanced data-centre applications.
Humanoid robots could handle tasks including cable insertion, component placement, and materials handling.
This is work are would ordinarily be done by human operators. Such a plant could be a blueprint for automated AI hardware factories worldwide.
