NVIDIA chief executive Jensen Huang and Dassault Systèmes chief executive Pascal Daloz unveiled a shared vision for industrial artificial intelligence at 3DEXPERIENCE World in Houston, introducing a platform that merges accelerated computing with physics-based virtual twins.

“Artificial intelligence will be infrastructure,” Huang told attendees, describing the effort as the largest collaboration between the two companies in over 25 years.

The initiative combines NVIDIA’s AI and accelerated computing tools with Dassault Systèmes’ virtual twin platforms, aiming to shift more engineering and design processes into real-time digital workflows.

The companies said NVIDIA’s BioNeMo and Dassault’s BIOVIA world models will support molecular and materials discovery, while SIMULIA’s physics-based simulations will use NVIDIA’s CUDA-X libraries for instant outcome prediction.

NVIDIA’s Omniverse physical AI libraries will also integrate with DELMIA’s virtual manufacturing systems to support autonomous, software-defined production lines.

At the same time, Dassault’s new 3DEXPERIENCE agentic platform will incorporate NVIDIA’s Nemotron open models and Industry World Models to build intelligent virtual companions for engineers.

“Virtual twins are not applications, they are knowledge factories,” said Daloz. “They are where knowledge is created, tested and trusted before anything is built.”

Both executives stressed that the goal is to enhance, not replace, engineers—giving them AI assistants to amplify their capabilities.

Dassault Systèmes currently serves more than 45 million users and 400,000 customers worldwide.

As part of the partnership, Dassault is deploying NVIDIA-powered AI factories on three continents through its OUTSCALE sovereign cloud, allowing customers to run AI workloads while meeting local data residency and security requirements.

The announcement, made during a live fireside chat, sets out a blueprint for how physics-informed AI can reshape industrial innovation through real-time simulation, generative design and autonomous manufacturing.

The Recap

  • NVIDIA and Dassault Systèmes outlined physics‑based industrial world models.
  • Dassault serves more than forty‑five million users worldwide.
  • Dassault will deploy NVIDIA‑powered AI factories on three continents.
