Novacore Innovations will provide NVIDIA Blackwell-powered GPU servers and cloud compute infrastructure to Cocoon, a decentralised confidential computing network launched by Pavel Durov on 29 October.

The cloud computing company said it will deploy Blackwell-class GPU clusters configured specifically for Cocoon’s confidential computing requirements. Under this model, workloads execute inside trusted execution environments with GPU level attestation, ensuring data integrity and privacy throughout processing. Novacore added that its systems are built on Intel Granite Rapid CPUs, allowing compatibility with Cocoon’s decentralised node infrastructure and attestation protocols.

A significant portion of the deployed capacity has been designated as Dedicated Workloads for Cocoon AI. This provides priority allocation for Telegram and Cocoon’s proprietary artificial intelligence network, which is the first active application running on the Cocoon platform. Given Telegram’s scale, with more than 900 million monthly active users, Novacore said the infrastructure can support use cases including conversational AI, content recommendation and real time language processing.

“Decentralised compute is rapidly becoming a foundational paradigm in the AI infrastructure landscape, and we are committed to positioning ourselves at the forefront of its evolution,” said Ranbir Badwal, co-founder of Novacore Innovations.

Cocoon’s architecture is designed around end-to-end confidentiality. User prompts and model outputs remain encrypted throughout processing and are shielded from infrastructure operators, while payments and access control are enforced on chain via TON. The company said the integration of Blackwell infrastructure enables developers to deploy proprietary models at scale with verifiable privacy guarantees.

Novacore said it is among the first cloud providers to list on the Confidential Compute Open Network supporting Cocoon, and added that it is the first cloud provider in India to deliver compute capacity for a global decentralised AI network.

The Recap

  • Novacore will supply Blackwell GPUs and cloud infrastructure to Cocoon.
  • A portion of capacity assigned as Dedicated Workloads for Cocoon AI.
  • Cocoon was unveiled on 29 October at Blockchain Life conference.
