monday.com, the enterprise software platform, has expanded its partner program, adding dedicated reseller and distributor programs, AI incentives, and a Partner Advisory Board.
An announcement, coinciding with its sixth annual Partner Summit in Prague, highlighted that its partner channel accounted for 23% of gross added ARR in 2025, supported by 3,000 certified partner representatives.
It used the event to launch what it described as a competitive incentive program, rewarding partner sales representatives for attaching AI capabilities to customer deals.
Monday.com also replaced its legacy partner directory with a "Go-To-Partners", a platform that embeds AI and includes Matchmaker, an AI-powered matching engine, and introduced an AI Genius specialization offering a dedicated PoC, extra MDF (Marketing Development Funds), and deeper product leadership access.
“Our partners are increasingly leading complex transformations for global customers, and these program enhancements ensure they have the AI resources and capabilities to deliver exceptional value and stay ahead of the pace of innovation,” said Eran Zinman, co-CEO of monday.com.
