  • New App Builder and Workflows agents launched this week
  • Employees can create apps using natural language commands
  • Available for customers in the Frontier programme

This week, Microsoft 365 Copilot introduced new agents for customers in the Frontier program, enabling employees to create apps and workflows. The new features include App Builder and Workflows, allowing users to turn ideas into actionable solutions.

With App Builder, employees can create applications for various tasks, such as tracking product launch milestones and managing team assignments. “You can preview and refine your app, over multiple edits and comments without leaving Copilot,” the company stated.

The Workflows agent automates tasks like sending emails and managing calendars. Users can describe their needs in natural language, and Copilot will generate automated flows across Microsoft applications. The system is designed for ease of use while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is built on security and compliance principles, ensuring that all activities remain secure and aligned with organisational policies. Access to these tools is managed through the Microsoft 365 admin centre, allowing for granular control over permissions.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is designed to help users build apps, workflows, and agents efficiently. For more information, visit the Microsoft 365 website.
