Mastercard unveils Agent Suite to bring agentic AI into enterprise operations
New platform to launch in Q2, targeting banks and merchants with customisable AI agents and embedded intelligence
Mastercard has launched Agent Suite, a set of services designed to help enterprises embed agentic artificial intelligence into everyday workflows.
The company said the offering combines technical support with customisable AI agents and draws on its global payments infrastructure, proprietary technology platforms, data insights and a network of 4,000 advisors.
Available in the second quarter, Agent Suite will complement Mastercard’s existing artificial intelligence and agentic AI tools.
All agents will be developed with embedded privacy features and aligned with the company’s responsible AI and security principles, Mastercard said in a statement.
“Readiness is the new competitive advantage,” said Kaushik Gopal, head of insights and intelligence at Mastercard.
