Listen Labs raises $69 million Series B to fund AI-led customer research
Listen Labs said the funding will expand its AI-first customer research platform.
Listen Labs, a startup with an AI market research agent, has raised $69 million in a Series B funding round led by Ribbit Capital.
The company, in an announcement, said the round included participation from Evantic and existing investors Sequoia Capital, Conviction, and Pear VC.
Since launching nine months ago, Listen Labs highlighted that it has grown annualized revenue by 15x, reached eight-figure revenue, it has interviewed over one million people, and now serves hundreds of enterprises including Microsoft, Sweetgreen, Perplexity, and Robinhood.
“When you obsess over customers, everything else follows,” said Alfred Wahlforss, co-founder and CEO of Listen Labs.
Listen’s platform uses an AI interviewer and access to a 30 million pre-qualified participant panel to conduct conversations that are turned into reports, themes, highlight reels and presentation-ready decks. The company said those outputs create a searchable repository of customer interviews teams can query like a knowledge base.
The company said teams use Listen to answer questions on churn, market differences, product improvements, creative testing, usability, investment diligence and brand perception.
To date, the AI startup has raised $100 million in total equity financing.
