LaLiga targets Middle East growth with new cryptocurrency partnership
Spain’s premier football league has named global cryptocurrency exchange Toobit as its official regional partner for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)
The two-season agreement aims to connect the league’s digital presence with the region’s rapidly growing digital asset economy. Under the partnership, traders on the Toobit platform will gain access to exclusive rewards and experiences during the 2025/26 season, including VIP trips to Spain and signed club memorabilia.
Toobit confirmed it will launch two major promotional events, the Super Match Carnival and the Elite Championship, featuring a combined prize pool of nearly $2 million. These campaigns will offer participants tiered deposit bonuses of up to 2,500 USDT and mystery boxes containing match tickets and authentic jerseys.

The move comes as data from Nielsen indicates that football fans are 78% more likely to be interested in cryptocurrency than the general population. LALIGA currently reaches over 2.8 billion people globally and maintains a significant physical presence in the MENA region through dedicated offices and delegates.
