Kraken lists Bitget Token (BGB)
Kraken has opened trading for Bitget Token (BGB), effective 27 January.
Kraken began trading Bitget Token (BGB) on 27 January.
The company said in a statement that trading for BGB is available on Kraken and that customers can add the asset via the Funding page to deposit tokens. The statement warned that deposits must be made on networks supported by Kraken and that deposits sent over other networks will be lost.
The release said BGB is the platform token for the centralized exchange Bitget and the decentralized Bitget Wallet ecosystem. The company said the token can be used for trading, paying transaction fees, participating in platform activities, and accessing perks.

The company added that trading via the Kraken App and Instant Buy will become available once liquidity conditions are met. The statement noted that geographic restrictions may apply.
According to the release, Kraken will not disclose details of future listings until shortly before launch and will announce additions on its Listings Roadmap and social media; client engagement specialists cannot comment on potential future assets.
