Klaviyo launches ChatGPT app to bring marketing insights into AI workspace
Integration enables users to query campaign data and receive analytics within ChatGPT interface
Klaviyo has launched an app in ChatGPT that allows marketers to access their Klaviyo data and insights directly within the interface, the company said.
The integration enables users to tag @Klaviyo in ChatGPT and ask conversational questions about topics such as campaign performance, revenue trends, optimisation strategies and unsubscribe rates.
“When OpenAI introduced apps, it unlocked a new kind of software experience — one where tools can live directly where people already think and work,” said Andrew Bialecki, co-founder and co-chief executive of Klaviyo.
The app returns Klaviyo data as interactive cards and tables, provides analytics for marketing campaigns and automated flows, and includes plain-language summaries with recommended next steps, the company said.

The initial release focuses on reporting, with future versions expected to support additional marketing workflows, including campaign creation and review inside ChatGPT.
