Jennifer Aniston and PVOLVE launch "Worth It Everytime" campaign
The campaign stars Jennifer Aniston, includes a Headspace partnership and a four-week challenge starting 5 January.
PVOLVE, a fitness equipment and workout platform, has launched "Worth It Everytime", described as a New Year campaign that highlights the mental hesitation people experience before working out.
Fronted by brand ambassador Jennifer Aniston and partnered with mindfulness app Headspace, the campaign includes a four-week New Year’s Challenge that kicks off on 5 January, offered in-studio and online, with participants encouraged to complete four workouts per week.
“PVOLVE has helped me trust the process because it feels supportive, not punishing,” Aniston said.
“I know I’m doing something good for my body long-term, and that makes showing up feel worth it every time.”
The fitness company said in an announcement that clinical research showed a 98% adherence rate among participants and that the campaign, produced with Headspace, reframes hesitation, negotiation and the decision to show up as part of long-term strength building.
PVOLVE described its method as combining functional movement with patented equipment to train strength, mobility and stability across all planes of motion.
