Zillow, the real estate app, has launched 'Zillow for Warcraft', a custom microsite that lets anyone browse a curated collection of in-game homes from Azeroth (where the game takes place) as player housing debuts in the World of Warcraft game for the first time.
The property portal highlights a mix of player-favorite creations and Blizzard-built homes inspired by Warcraft styles, including Stormwind townhouses and Horde-influenced bungalows, it highlighted.
The company, in an announcement, said select homes are presented with a Showcase-inspired experience, including 3D Home tours and SkyTour-style visuals.

Don't jump to call your realtor, however, because there is no buying or selling, no pricing and no Zestimates (Zillow's proprietary valuation metric) in this fantasy gaming corner of Zillow. Whilst it is not 'transactional', the game developer and the real estate app plan to continue to feature new player-created 'homes' over time.
“Player housing is a milestone moment for the World of Warcraft community, and we wanted to honor it in a way that felt authentic and unexpected,” said Beverly Jackson, Zillow VP for Brand and Product marketing.
“Zillow exists at the center of how people think and talk about home, and gaming has become another powerful expression of that.”
