HEA-World, a Dutch AI start-up, is launching a platform that aims to create what it describes as Human-Enhanced Agents (HEAs).
These are specific, not general, agents trained on an organization’s own websites, documents and structured resources and, importantly, designed to speak with an organisation’s voice.
The product aims to let organisations and individuals build AI agents that answer questions, guide users and trigger actions while keeping ownership and governance with the content owners.
The company, in an announcement, said that its agents can be embedded on websites, integrated into digital products, or accessed directly through the HEA-World platform.
"We believe every organization, every expert, and even every individual will eventually be represented by an AI. The question is not whether AI will speak on your behalf, but whether you control it," said founder Nicolas Payen.

The platform promises owner-defined conversation goals, alignment with an owner’s intent and deployment across digital environments. HEA-World positions the HEAs as distinct from generic chatbots by focusing on representation of a specific person, organisation or domain and on full control over the agent’s voice and knowledge.
The company says the platform is now open to the public and directs users to its website for more information.
