HBO Max unveils February slate of originals, films and live sports
New titles include Neighbors, Like Water for Chocolate season 2, and the two-part documentary Murder in Glitterball City
HBO Max will roll out a mix of original programming, returning series, feature films and live sports across February, the company said in a statement.
Among the highlights is the debut of Neighbors, a new HBO Original late-night series premiering 15 February at 8:00 p.m. ET on HBO, with streaming access beginning at 3:01 a.m. ET on HBO Max. The same day, Like Water for Chocolate returns for its second season at 11:00 p.m. ET, with both shows set for six-episode weekly releases.
Last Week Tonight with John Oliver returns for its 13th season on 20 February, alongside the Italian HBO Original Portobello, which also premieres that day.
On 19 February, HBO will debut the two-part documentary Murder in Glitterball City, with both parts airing consecutively starting at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Feature films Boys Go to Jupiter and Dead of Winter arrive on the platform 6 February and 20 February, respectively. The platform will also feature a Valentine’s Day-themed curation, including titles such as The Notebook and Love & Basketball.
Live sports programming in February includes NHL games on TNT, college basketball matchups and Unrivaled 3v3 Basketball events. HBO Max noted that access to live sports is limited to select subscription plans, that listings may change, and that all times are Eastern Time.
