The company behind Grammarly, ostensibly a spell-checker that automatically reads and checks writing in some 50,000 organisations, is turning its hand to the compliance function in financial services - through, of course, agentic AI.

Grammarly parent Superhuman has agreed a deal to integrate Saifr’s AI-powered Communication Compliance Agent into its platform 'Superhuman Go' in order to provide real-time compliance alerts and language guidance for financial services communications.

Saifr, in an announcement, said that Superhuman Go operates in over one million apps and websites, connects to more than one hundred apps, and offers proactive, context-aware support with real-time suggestions.

The agentic AI system was trained to identify potentially noncompliant language under regulations such as FINRA Rule 2210, and suggest alternative wording, Saifr said.

"This integration gives teams a powerful way to help create communications that are clear, grammatically correct, and now compliant," said Vall Herard, CEO of Saifr.

Ko Mistry, Superhuman VP, meanwhile, added: "Our partnership with Saifr brings the next generation of compliance controls and risk management directly to where work happens."

The compliance integration is currently available in private preview, with general enterprise availability planned for late Q1.
