Google is expanding its Certified Refurbished Pixel offering by adding the Pixel 8a to a roster that already includes the Pixel 7a, Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, the company said in an announcement.
The refurbished phones are inspected and repaired with authentic Google parts, arrive preloaded with the latest Android software and are offered at discounts that can reach 45% off original MSRP, the announcement said.

Google said the devices continue to receive platform support over time, including "seven years of software updates and Pixel Drops." The company also noted the phones are shipped in redesigned, "100% plastic-free packaging" and carry a new Relove icon to mark the refurbished programme.
In addition to availability on the Google Store this month, Google is listing the same Certified Refurbished Pixel models via Amazon Renewed, where purchases are backed by the Amazon Renewed Guarantee. Stock is being offered while supplies last.
