Gamma scales to 70m users with Stripe powering global payments
AI presentation tool reaches $100mn in annual recurring revenue with Stripe as financial infrastructure
Stripe is providing the payments infrastructure behind Gamma’s growth as the AI-powered presentation platform surpasses 70 million users and reaches over $100 million in annual recurring revenue, the companies said.
Gamma uses Stripe Checkout to handle global subscription payments, with the tool supporting more than 30 languages and using artificial intelligence to surface appropriate payment methods based on user location.
Grant Lee, chief executive and cofounder of Gamma, said, “Stripe gives us the financial infrastructure to support Gamma’s expansion, from self-serve subscriptions to larger business deals.
"Checkout, Billing, and Invoicing have helped us move fast across geographies and customer segments, and Stripe’s team has been an engaged partner with strong support and product collaboration as they build for fast-growing AI companies like us.”
Gamma said Link, Stripe’s consumer wallet, now accounts for more than 40% of its payment volume. Stripe’s Adaptive Pricing tool automatically shows local currency prices at checkout.

The company added that it uses local payment methods such as United Payments Interface in India and SEPA Debit in Europe, and manages subscriptions through Stripe Billing. It has also adopted Stripe Invoicing to support a sales-led approach with custom contracts and flexible payment terms.
Stripe said it is building the economic infrastructure for artificial intelligence and that every company on the Forbes AI 50 list that monetises uses its platform.
