Former Frasers exec backs UK TikTok entrepreneurs
HP-1 has secured close to £1 million in funding to scale its focus and productivity supplement.
HP-1, a wellness startup backed by UK social media personalities, has secured close to £1 million in funding to scale its focus and productivity supplement.
The funding round was led by serial entrepreneur and social media star Yianni Charalambous, according to an announcement, with additional investment from retail experts and former Frasers Group board members.
The company added the funds support this week’s product launch and future product development, including effervescents and drinks beyond the initial HP tablet formulation.
Jeremy Lynch, described in the release as an entrepreneur and social media star with over 50 million followers and 27.7 million followers on TikTok, is the public face of the product.
HP-1 was developed in partnership with Daniel Herman at Bio-Synergy, a NASM-qualified nutritionist with 28 years of sports nutrition experience, and the formula is backed by independent academic evaluation from Coventry University, the company highlighted.
The release said the science-backed formula is intended to support sharper, calmer focus, sustained energy without the ‘crash’, and improved speed and accuracy on attention switching tasks.
“We’re living in the Age of Distraction, and people are increasingly realising that it’s focus that makes the biggest difference to productivity and performance,” Lynch said.
“Every batch is tested and certified by Informed Sport because trust is everything, and our community deserves absolute confidence that what they’re putting in their body is clean, safe, and competition-approved,” Lynch concluded.
The company is selling HP-1, via the company's website, priced at £34.99 for a month’s supply of 60 capsules.
