The first FX Super One pre-production vehicle rolled off the line at Faraday Future’s Hanford, California, FF AI-Factory.
The company said in a statement the roll-off marks an initial closure of its Global Auto Industry Bridge Strategy in the U.S., that deliveries began in the Middle East in late November, and that an FX Super One is scheduled for delivery to RAK Innovation City on 22 December.
The company added it will host a Bridge Strategy upgrade, a product preview and an FF Stockholders’ Day at CES on 7 January, and that it will run Super One co-creation and experience events to kick off a nationwide co-creation sales campaign. "As a 'new species' that pioneered the era of Automotive Embodied AI, the successful roll-off of the first FX Super One marks a critical initial step before mass production and delivery, and the achievement of our top KPI for the year 2025," said YT Jia, Founder & Global Co-CEO of FF. "Today’s rollout gives us a strong start heading into the new year."
The company said the Hanford facility is a 1.1 million-square-foot plant with approximately $300 million invested so far, currently building the FF 91, which began production there in 2023, and could produce more than 30,000 FX vehicles annually with further investment and permitting.
It said the Super One is planned with all-wheel drive and two powertrain options: battery electric and, later, an AI hybrid extended range configuration, and that strict production processes will be implemented as pre-production units come off the line.
