Fanatics Events is staging the 4th annual Game Plan Summit in partnership with CNBC and Boardroom during Fanatics Fest at the Javits Center in July, the companies said in an announcement.
The summit marks the event's New York debut after previous editions were held in Los Angeles, and it will run as part of Fanatics Fest’s multi-day festival celebrating sports, culture and entertainment.
Organisers said the Game Plan Summit will convene leaders from sports, media and business to discuss topics affecting athletes, owners, investors and innovators, and that all Game Plan attendees will have access to Fanatics Fest for the day. "Game Plan has become a defining forum for the conversations shaping the future of sports, business, and culture," said Steve Lewis, Senior Vice President and Senior Executive Producer of CNBC Events and Councils.
