Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA form industrial AI partnership

Dassault Systèmes and NVIDIA announced a long-term strategic partnership to develop science-validated Industry World Models that integrate Dassault Systèmes’ virtual twin technologies with NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure and software.

The companies said in a statement the work will centre on the 3DEXPERIENCE agentic platform, open models and accelerated libraries to create "skilled virtual companions" that provide industrial expertise and actionable intelligence.

Dassault Systèmes said its OUTSCALE brand will deploy AI factories across three continents to run models, while guaranteeing data privacy, intellectual property protection and customer sovereignty, and NVIDIA will adopt Dassault Systèmes model-based systems engineering to design AI factory deployments.

“We are entering an era where artificial intelligence does not just predict or generate, but understands the real world. When AI is grounded in science, physics and validated industrial knowledge, it becomes a force multiplier for human ingenuity,” said Pascal Daloz, CEO of Dassault Systèmes.

The partners said the infrastructure will pair NVIDIA open models and libraries with Dassault Systèmes applications across biology, materials science, engineering and manufacturing.

The technology being deployed includes NVIDIA BioNeMo with BIOVIA, SIMULIA with CUDA-X libraries, and DELMIA with Omniverse physical AI for production systems and power Virtual Companions using NVIDIA Nemotron open models.

“Physical AI is the next frontier of artificial intelligence, grounded in the laws of the physical world,” said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA.

The partnership was announced at 3DEXPERIENCE World; Daloz and Huang were on stage to discuss the initiative and a replay is available on YouTube.
