Crypto.com launches Airdrop Arena with $250,000 SOL rewards pool
January-long promotion allows users to allocate CRO to earn points and compete for Solana token rewards, with bonus incentives for early and qualifying participants.
Crypto.com has launched Airdrop Arena, a promotional campaign running from 1 January at 10:00 UTC to 31 January at 09:59 UTC, allowing users to allocate CRO in return for a chance to earn SOL token rewards.
The company said participants will compete for a share of $250,000 in SOL. The first 10,000 users to allocate CRO will receive an exclusive points boost to 120%. In addition, users who purchase at least 1,500 CRO and transfer it into Airdrop Arena can qualify for a daily points boost to 120%, although this incentive is not available to UK users.
Users can access Airdrop Arena through the Account tab, the Earn tab or the Supermenu, where allocated CRO generates points throughout the event. The company said token rewards will be airdropped within seven days of the campaign ending. If users activate Loot Locker, rewards will instead be distributed to their Crypto Wallet after the applicable lockup period.
Allocated CRO is subject to a six-month lockup period. After this, users can either withdraw their CRO or keep it allocated in Airdrop Arena to automatically participate in future events, the company said..
