Crypto.com hires chief people strategy officer to lead AI integration
Vivian Wan will oversee workforce structuring as the cryptocurrency exchange expands into new business lines
Crypto.com, the cryptocurrency exchange, has appointed Vivian Wan as chief people strategy officer to lead workforce structuring across its new business lines and enterprise-wide AI integration.
Wan will support the expansion of three recently announced ventures: ai.com, OG, and a digital asset treasury company created through a business combination agreement with Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc.
She will design an operating framework intended to enable growth, speed, discipline and impact, supported by Mavis Liu, the company's executive vice president of people and culture.
Wan brings more than two decades of transformation leadership experience to the role.
She most recently served as a managing director at TPG, the private equity firm, where she led the human capital agenda for its Asia investment platform and partnered with chief executives across more than 30 portfolio companies.
She previously held senior human resources roles at Intel Corporation, the chipmaker, and began her career at McKinsey & Company, the management consultancy.
Wan also serves as a non-executive director of Asia OneHealthcare and as a governor of the Croucher Foundation.

Wan said joining Crypto.com presented "a tremendous opportunity to help shape the operating framework needed for the company's next phase of growth."
The company said the appointment is its latest senior hire as it continues to invest in leadership and organisational capabilities to support its global workforce..
