Coty adopts ChatGPT Enterprise to expand AI use across global teams
Initial rollout brings OpenAI’s most advanced tools to targeted departments with scope to scale
Coty, the New York-based beauty group, is rolling out ChatGPT Enterprise across selected teams as part of a wider push to expand its use of advanced artificial intelligence.
The company said the move gives employees access to OpenAI’s most capable models, alongside enterprise-grade security, privacy and governance.
Coty described the collaboration as a commitment to “responsible, intentional innovation” and said the initial phase grants targeted teams secure tools with flexibility to scale based on business needs.

Jerome Auvinet, chief information, digital innovation and business services officer at Coty, said, “This collaboration enables Coty teams to securely use OpenAI’s leading, enterprise-grade AI capabilities in line with Coty’s expectations for privacy, quality, and performance. It helps our teams work more efficiently and focus on higher-value contributions.”
The company said the initiative builds on an internal AI movement and global upskilling programme, using live training, workshops and leadership engagement to embed responsible use of artificial intelligence and support execution.
