Canva unveils real estate tools linking live listings to print-ready templates
New workflows aim to streamline asset creation for property agents with MLS data and integrated print services
Canva, the Australia-based design platform, is launching a suite of real estate workflows that link live property data to brand-approved templates and allow agents to order printed marketing materials directly from the platform.
The new tools include Canva Listings, which pulls live Multiple Listing Service data into templated designs, and an integration with Xpressdocs that enables agents to produce and order flyers, brochures and postcards without leaving the Canva interface.
Property details, images, pricing and agent information are automatically filled into templates, allowing teams to move from listing to market-ready materials in minutes.
The company said the Xpressdocs integration removes the need for manual file exports and reformatting, streamlining the production of printed assets.
