Canva adds on-brand design generation inside Claude
Users can create branded Canva presentations and visuals inside Claude chats.
Canva is expanding its integration with Anthropic's Claude LLM, with the design platform's Canva x Claude AI connector now enabling teams to create 'on-brand' designs directly inside Claude conversations.
According to Canva, its users can now apply their Brand Kit when generating designs within Claude, so that AI-created presentations follow brand colours, fonts and voice from the first draft.
An existing integration lets Claude generate and edit designs, resize and autofill templates, and search and summarize content from a user's Canva workspace, the popular design platform noted.

Canva said the update reduces time spent fixing formatting: sales teams can produce client-ready pitch decks, marketing teams can build campaign presentations, and small businesses can create professional decks without design expertise.
Claude is the first AI assistant to support the new on-brand capabilities, Canva noted, adding that additional assistants are coming soon.
