BTCC launches $10 million New Year trading festival
Participating traders on the BTCC platform can win a gold bar, ETH, or a Macbook amongst a prize pool worth 1.9 million USDT.
BTCC has kicked off a New Year Trading Festival featuring a $10 million prize pool.
The platfrom, which describes itself as the world’s longest-serving cryptocurrency exchange, in an announcement, said the promo campaign, the platform’s first of the year, is split into two phases and is one of the largest seasonal rewards programs in the industry.
According to the release, Phase 1 runs from 4 January to 30 January and includes a Futures Trading Competition with a 1.9 million USDT prize pool and a Profit Rate Competition offering 100,000 USDT to top performers. The company said higher trading volumes unlock larger rewards in the futures contest.
In addition to USDT awards, the release said the top three futures winners will receive premium prizes: a 100-gram gold bar valued at 15,000 USDT for first place, 2 ETH valued at 6,200 USDT for second place, and a MacBook Pro valued at 3,500 USDT for third place.
“This New Year Trading Festival is our way of giving back to the incredible community that has supported BTCC’s growth,” Marcus Chen, Product Manager at BTCC Exchange, said.
“With a $10 million prize pool, we’re rewarding our users in appreciation of their trust and continued support, and we’re excited to reward both experienced traders and new joiners who choose BTCC as their trading platform.”
The release said details for Phase 2 will be announced later in January and noted the timing follows BTCC’s recognition at the BeInCrypto 100 Awards, where the platform was honored with the “Best Centralized Exchange – Community Choice” award, determined by community voting.
