Automation Anywhere unveils agentic solutions with OpenAI
Automation Anywhere, in collaboration with OpenAI, has developed AI-native agentic solutions to enable more autonomous enterprise operations.
Automation Anywhere announced it has developed a new generation of AI-native agentic solutions for enterprise customers in collaboration with OpenAI.
The move combines Automation Anywhere’s Process Reasoning Engine (PRE) with OpenAI advanced reasoning models to create a full reasoning-to-action loop, the company said in a statement.
PRE determines what enterprise action should happen next and securely orchestrates work across systems, the statement added.
The new agentic solutions are built to provide a fast on-ramp to agentic operations with pre-built, contextual modules deployable in weeks rather than months, the company said. They target business processes across finance, HR, IT and customer service and include human-in-the-loop controls, governed execution and integration with enterprise context.
“Traditional solutions automate work by following rigid steps, much like humans would, which often makes them brittle when things change,” said Mihir Shukla, CEO and Chairman of Automation Anywhere.
“Our agentic solutions are fundamentally different; they’re designed for how AI agents work, enabling them to autonomously reason, solve problems, and adapt to changes — delivering exponentially greater ROI.”

“Most agentic initiatives fail because they’re either too autonomous or too constrained,” said Dustin Snell, SVP of Agentic Solutions at Automation Anywhere.
The company said its portfolio is built on a consistent agentic architecture that integrates reasoning, enterprise context, human judgment and orchestrated action, enabling production-ready capabilities that can be tailored without code.
