AurionX, an Austin-based technology company, has launched an artificial intelligence-managed call centre delivered as a managed service, targeting businesses that want to automate inbound calls without building their own infrastructure.

The service uses AI voice agents monitored by human operators to answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments at any hour, with the company claiming it can be operational within an hour of sign-up.

AurionX offers two pricing tiers: a fully managed option at $0.12 per minute of talk time and a self-managed option at $0.08 per minute, with both plans cancellable at any time and no long-term commitment required.

Jordan Soblick, managing partner at AurionX, said the company was focused on delivering outcomes rather than adding another platform for businesses to manage.

The company said its operations team has more than 50 years of combined call-centre experience overseeing the AI agents.

The per-minute pricing model positions AurionX against both traditional outsourced call centres, which typically require volume commitments and longer contracts, and self-serve AI voice platforms that place the configuration burden on the customer.

The recap

  • AurionX launches an AI-managed call center managed service.
  • Managed service priced at $0.12 per minute of talk time.
  • Service is available now; demos can be requested via website.
