AuraLift AI, a Florida-based mental health technology startup, has launched an AI-powered wellness coaching platform designed to serve adults who experience stress and emotional difficulty but would not typically seek professional therapy.
The company said the platform targets a gap identified by the American Psychological Association, which found more than 76% of US adults reported health impacts from stress in the past month, with many deterred from seeking help by long waitlists, cost and stigma.
Each user is paired with a single adaptive AI coach accessible by voice and text around the clock, with no appointments required.
The coach retains conversational context across sessions, conducts a 20-step onboarding consultation and applies seven structured therapeutic frameworks covering cognitive reframing, behavioural activation, distress tolerance, social skills, life transitions, values clarification and exposure planning.
Automated mood tracking spans 18 emotional categories, with goal extraction and pattern recognition built in to surface insights without requiring users to journal manually.
The platform includes a four-tier risk assessment system that scans every user message before generating a response, alongside real-time age verification restricting access to users aged 18 and over.
AuraLift said the platform was developed with guidance from a Clinical Advisory Board of board-certified psychiatrists and licensed clinical psychologists.

The service is available now at two subscription tiers: Essential at $49.99 per month and Premium at $69.99 per month, both including 24/7 coach access, daily check-ins, mood tracking and personalised insights.
The company also offers enterprise licensing for corporate wellness programmes and a nonprofit donation scheme providing free access to organisations serving veterans and first responders.
