Atrium, a US technology consultancy specialising in Salesforce and Snowflake implementations, says it has surpassed $1 billion in documented financial returns for customers, tracked through its proprietary Customer Impact Dashboard.
The company said the dashboard, launched last year, records tangible outcomes including increased revenue, improved customer retention and operational efficiency gains, and was created as a direct response to what Atrium described as widespread hype around artificial intelligence.
Chris Heineken, chief executive of Atrium, said the milestone reflects "the cumulative business impact our customers have justified through AI initiatives we've delivered."
Central to Atrium's delivery model is Andi, an AI consultant tool the company says automates complex development tasks and provides data-driven insights that allow teams to deploy solutions up to 98% faster than traditional consulting methods.
The company said this approach prioritises measurable outcomes over billable hours, with Andi handling configuration and routine work so human consultants can concentrate on strategy and return on investment.
Atrium said it is the only AI-native consulting partner for both Salesforce, the cloud-based customer relationship management platform, and Snowflake, the cloud data warehousing company, a claim it did not provide independent verification for.
