Amazon-backed Anthropic launches Claude AI app for iPhones
Anthropic, the Amazon-backed large-language model AI company, has now launched its Claude mobile app for iOS, making its challenger to ChatGPT available to iPhone users.
It is seen as a significant step in making its the Claude AI chat application more accessible.
Claude includes chatbot functionality, which functions similarly to ChatGPT, as well as image analysis - these services were previously available only through the Anthropic website and third-party technologies.
For business customers, the new app supports a team subscription plan.
